If the comments contain hate, spam, profanity, negative sentiment or complaints, BrandFort will automatically flag and hide these comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1) From your Hootsuite dashboard, click on the App Directory on left side menu. After it opens, search for BrandFort<\/strong> and click Install<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

(2) After having clicked the Install<\/strong> button, a new window will pop up where you can add BrandFort to an existing or a new tab.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

(3) Now you see your first BrandFort stream in front of you. Click on the Get Started<\/strong> button and you will be taken to BrandFort where you can finish the initiation process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the BrandFort application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Add a stream<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

(1) Click on the <\/i>-icon<\/strong> in the bottom right corner of your page. (2) Then click on the “Apps”-Tab<\/strong> in the new stream and click<\/strong> on the BrandFort application.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

(3) Now choose the Facebook page or Instagram account<\/strong> that you want to attach to this new stream. If you can’t find the right page click on the link “add new pages” at the bottom of the stream.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Hide and unhide comments<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

On the right side of each comment you can see an eye-icon<\/strong>. You can click on it and change whether the comment is hidden or visible<\/strong> on Facebook or Instagram.<\/p>\n

The <\/i>-icon<\/strong> displays a visible comment. If the <\/i>-icon<\/strong> is shown, the comment is hidden and not visible to the public.<\/p>\n

Hidden comments are only visible to the commentator itself and its friends on Facebook and Instagram. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

By default you see all the account’s comments in a chronological order (LIVE-Button)<\/strong>. If you click on the HIDDEN-Button<\/strong> you will only see the currently hidden comments.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Categories and search<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

By clicking on the <\/i>-icon<\/strong> you can see the settings options and filter<\/strong> your comments by categories and languages<\/strong>. By clicking on the <\/i>-icon<\/strong> you can search<\/strong> the page’s comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
